You will work directly with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize delivery workflows, ensuring they are not only agreed upon but effectively executed. You will also play a key role in our AI-aided software development and testing initiatives, helping to integrate intelligent automation into our future delivery landscape. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of delivery processes and workflows across engineering teams. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure process adoption and continuous improvement. Provide expert guidance on integrating AI into software development and testing pipelines. Act as a change agent, driving technical excellence and process maturity. Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with clarity and impact. Negotiate and align with stakeholders across departments.  What We’re Looking For Proven experience in technical leadership roles within software engineering. Strong hands-on background in process design and delivery optimization. Familiarity with AI/ML applications in software development and testing.
