Program Management: Deliver one-pagers, functional specifications, and collaborate with engineering on design and execution. Identify areas of improvement and drive key projects with collaboration with engineering. Develop and maintain platform documentation.  Technical Support: Subject matter expert handing cases logged by internal customers. Perform advanced troubleshooting before escalating to engineering. Oversee and manage support and related processes and reporting. Develop and maintain Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs).  Technical Expertise: Distributed systems and big data experience valued. Scripting and writing database queries experience valued. Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms. Hands-on experience in scripting and writing database queries.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. Proven working experience in program management, technical support, and/or a technical domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
