Hands-on experience in test automation for software or embedded systems, Experience in testing embedded systems, preferably in automotive, vehicle, mobile or similar domains, Good knowledge of Python used for test automation purposes, Experience with Vector CANoe or similar automotive testing tools, Understanding of test methodologies, test case design, execution, and reporting, Basic knowledge of electronics and system-level troubleshooting, Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and delivery mindset, Good analytical skills and willingness to quickly learn complex systems, Communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written), Availability to work 100% on-site in Kraków (no remote work), Programming experience in C or C++, Previous experience in automotive, infotainment, or vehicle testing projects, Experience with in-vehicle testing and test drives, Knowledge of image recognition or audio processing in test automation, Experience with tools such as GitHub, ADB, JIRA, Polarion, ISTQB or other testing-related certification
