Our requirements

• Several years of experience in system or data architecture.
• Proven background in data architecture, data analytics, or data engineering within large IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure (Data Platform, Data Factory, Synapse).
• Solid understanding of system integration, data modeling, APIs (REST/SOAP), and cloud architecture.
• Experience with SaaS, mainframe, or other complex enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of data governance, data modernization, and best practices in data lifecycle management.
• Ability to bridge business strategy with technology decisions and translate them into actionable plans.
• Strong communication skills at both executive and technical levels, including in challenging strategic discussions.
• Assertiveness and the ability to justify decisions based on data and analysis.
• Long-term planning capability (multi-quarter perspective) and strong priority management skills.
• Natural ability to build collaboration and knowledge-sharing communities among architects and technical experts.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Your responsibilities

• Co-create and maintain a long-term data architecture vision and drive its implementation across domain projects.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives and technical solutions, in close collaboration with Product Managers, Heads of Development, and Team Architects.
• Contribute to defining technology roadmaps and support decision-making related to system modernization and transformation.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for data and integrations, including Data Stewards and Enterprise Architects, to ensure architectural consistency across the organization.
• Coordinate the work of Team Architects in a matrix environment – providing mentorship, conceptual support, and alignment of activities.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards while promoting a design-driven approach based on quality, measurability, and risk analysis.
• Actively participate in the architects’ community and foster cross-domain collaboration as part of organizational transformation processes.
