• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, or in application support and development.
• Experience working in an international company and managing projects across regions.
• Experience with modern software development methods
• Familiarity with database principles and structures
• Familiarity with SQL queries (SQL Server in particular)
• Familiarity with Azure platform
• Familiarity with a CRM application (Salesforce, …)
• Expert with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
• Basic knowledge in business analysis methodologies & tools.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Day-to-day support for the leasing team
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirement
• Collaborate with business, provide training, and help the users with how-to questions
• Provide support for the leasing application
• Stay updated on the latest Leasing platform technologies and best practices.
• Utilize best practice processes and conduct change impact analysis and change management
• Push for process standardization across different locations.
