• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with derivatives and securities products
• Familiarity with Front-to-Back reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of risk management and operational controls
• Ability to design and analyze complex reports
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

Your responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support for derivatives and securities transactions
• Maintain position records in coordination with trading desk and trade processing functions
• Support trade capture management and Front-to-Back reconciliations
• Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to processes
• Design and analyze complex reports to meet management requirements
• Interpret data to guide the launch of new products and platform upgrades
• Minimize errors and ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Manage, escalate, and resolve requests, issues, or policy gaps
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to new team members
• Assess business risks, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
