Our requirements

• At least 3-4 years of commercial experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a business or product environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or scaling practices such as SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Proven ability to coach teams at different maturity levels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with senior management.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for improving processes and results.
• Fluent English - at least C1.

Optional

• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities

• Support the Commercial team in daily operations, helping them work efficiently and deliver value.
• Act as a trusted coach for Product Owners and cross-functional teams, promoting Agile principles and new ways of working.
• Facilitate retrospectives and workshops to boost team morale, surface challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage risks, refine product backlogs, and support business-driven prioritization.
• Help standardize communication, share best practices, and contribute to team maturity metrics.
