Our requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Experience in REST API development
• Good understanding of web application security principles
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
• Fluency in Polish
• Curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn

Optional

• Good command of English
• Experience with Hotwire, Stimulus, React
• Knowledge of Sidekiq, ActiveJob, RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Testing tools such as RSpec, Capybara
• Basic understanding of AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps concepts

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Develop and optimize REST APIs for internal and external services
• Work with PostgreSQL and ensure application performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and infrastructure teams
• Take part in defining quarterly goals and product direction
