Our requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
• Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life & Pension Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation.
• Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in front-end application delivery.
• Strong communicator with fluency in English.
• Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
• Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.

Optional

• BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:
• Knowledge and certification in any Insurance Platform like Guidewire, Salesforce, EIS etc.
• Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish or other European languages.

Your responsibilities

• Drive our insurance platform projects, creating solutions that will redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences.
• Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state of the art solutions.
• Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
• Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
• Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.
