Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Agile coordination, Scrum Master, or PMO roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks; SAFe experience is a strong plus.
• Proven hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Grafana (or similar reporting and visualization tools).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret and present Agile metrics effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Your responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Project Operating System (POS) framework across multiple Scrum teams.
• Ensure alignment of Agile delivery processes with internal POS standards and best practices.
• Coordinate communication, dependencies, and alignment between software teams, Scrum Masters, and technical leaders.
• Facilitate key Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, Big Room Planning, retrospectives, and other relevant events.
• Monitor and report progress of PI Objectives, team velocity, and feature delivery to the PMO.
• Maintain consistency and transparency of team backlogs, and identify cross-team impediments.
• Prepare and present Agile performance dashboards using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Grafana, Power BI, Tableau, or EazyBI.
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices and promote a culture of transparency and collaboration within and across teams.
