Wymagania

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Timely and effective resolution of IT support tickets
  • Installation and configuration of hardware/software per company standards
  • Maintenance of accurate IT inventory and documentation
  • User onboarding/offboarding including setup and account access
  • Escalation of unresolved issues to relevant IT specialists or external providers
  • Contribution to IT process improvement and documentation updates
  • Working schedule – 5 days a week Monday- Saturday rotas 8-16 / 10-18
  • weekly: 3 working day in the office / 2 day remotely

Nasze wymagania

  • Knowledge of Azure and work optimization tools
  • Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 3 year
  • English min B2
  • IT-related degree or certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) preferred
  • Microsoft Windows and Office 365, Active Directory, Service desk/ticketing systems
  • Basic networking (routers, switches, firewalls), POS systems support
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Technical curiosity - interest in new IT solutions and willingness to develop competencies.
  • Occasional travel to retail stores or warehouses for onsite support

Mile widziane

  • Basic understanding of retail operations and their IT needs (POS systems, inventory tools, etc.)
