• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Proven experience in PMO or project management within large organisations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Solid experience managing change and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience working within a banking or financial services environment
• Attention to detail with a focus on governance and quality assurance

Optional

• Experience with Clarity, SharePoint, and GPDM tools
• Knowledge of the Global Transformation Change Framework
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery approaches
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven projects

Your responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end project governance and delivery activities
• Supporting programme and project planning, tracking, and reporting processes
• Ensuring compliance with transformation frameworks and internal standards
• Coordinating with stakeholders to monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Maintaining accurate documentation and project artefacts in standard tools
• Preparing and delivering progress updates and presentations to senior management
• Monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
• Driving efficiency and consistency across the project portfolio
• Facilitating communication across teams and project workstreams
• Supporting continuous improvement of project management methodologies
