Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, Minimum 6 years’ work experience overall, with at least 4 years of treasury/banking experience, ideally gained in a shared services environment within a large multinational organization, Proficiency in Kyriba and SAP, Project management experience, Deep understanding of In-House Bank mechanisms, Excellent communication skills, Audit/SOX/process controls experience, High level of accuracy and attention to detail, Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, Experience in innovations and automation (e.g., Power BI, Robotics, AI), Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and solve data anomalies, Experience in project management and systems implementation
