Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Guest and Team Member Services, the incumbent follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction with their visit to the property. Assists with guest inquiries and questions regarding the facility. High school diploma or GED required, previous guest service experience preferred. Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Must possess high end customer service skills and basic computer skills. Must have the ability to converse with our guests in a highly professional manner.
