Learn more about at www.peak11.comWe're looking for a UX Researcher to lead user research efforts for a digital product being developed from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision by uncovering user needs, behaviors, and pain points through qualitative and quantitative research. From discovery to delivery, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that every decision is informed by deep user insight and grounded in research-driven evidence.Your Role Plan and execute end-to-end user research initiatives to support the design and development of a new digital product built from scratch. Conduct exploratory and generative research to define user personas, map user journeys, and uncover unmet needs during the early discovery phase. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business goals into research questions and user-centered strategies. Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiry, diary studies) to gather actionable insights. Synthesize research findings into clear, compelling deliverables such as research reports, journey maps, personas, and opportunity areas. Maintain documentation of research processes and outcomes to support knowledge sharing and future research scalability. What We Expect 5+ years of experience in UX Research. Strong analytical approach to run IDI sessions and user tests with prototypes  Ability to summarize feedback, draw conclusions and communicate with UI Design Team.   Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence and similar tools. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to cooperate remotely with cross-functional teams. A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset. Nice to Have Technical background or basic understanding of programming concepts.
