The roleWe’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with at least 1 year of experience working on digital products. You should have a growing portfolio that shows your ability to design intuitive interfaces and visually consistent UI components.You’ll support our product and client teams in creating user-friendly, modern interfaces – from wireframes and UI screens to design assets for product demos and presentations. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in UX/UI, work on real products, and develop strong design fundamentals in a supportive environment.What you’ll doCreate wireframes, UI screens, simple prototypes, and design components for our digital products.Support senior designers in shaping user flows and improving usability.Translate product requirements and user needs into clear interface designs.Prepare assets for product presentations, case studies, and internal/external showcases.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers.Maintain consistency across layouts, components, and design systems.Iterate based on feedback and contribute to refining our design process.What we’re looking for1+ year of experience working with UX/UI or digital product design.Portfolio showcasing UI screens, small UX flows, or product-related design work.Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).Understanding of UX fundamentals: hierarchy, spacing, usability, accessibility basics.Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow design skills.Good communication and ability to work collaboratively within a team.What we offer6 000 - 11 000 PLN monthly, B2B/UZ, depending on experience and skills.
