We’re hiring a VP of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale EvenUp’s global recruiting function during a critical phase of growth. This executive will build a durable, high-performing talent engine that consistently delivers exceptional talent at speed, while maintaining a high bar for quality, candidate experience, and trust with leaders and candidates alike.
This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with deep experience scaling recruiting in high-growth SaaS environments, strong executive influence, and a modern, AI-forward approach to talent acquisition. Someone who balances thoughtful urgency with long-term system design.

Compensation Range: $290K - $325K
