Advanced expertise in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field., A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing operations in a 45 000 sq. m. fulfillment center., Experience in supervising multiple fulfillment centers will be advantageous., Proven record in leading warehouse teams of 500+ employees, with oversight of multiple managers and supervisors., Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills., Fluent in English., Native or fluent Polish., Thorough understanding of warehouse processes, layout design, and regulatory/compliance issues., Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, warehouse management software, and database systems., Master degree or above.
