Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Website

• Update and manage HubSpot CMS pages, blog, and landing pages (modules, templates, theme settings)
• Implement forms/CTAs, tracking, and conversion paths; ensure pages are responsive and fast
• Light HTML/CSS/JS tweaks; diagnose layout issues; maintain SEO hygiene (titles, meta, schema basics)
• Build, test, and launch HubSpot landing pages, blog templates, and site updates
• Ensure cross-browser, mobile-first compatibility and strong site performance

Email Automation

• Build emails and simple nurture/drip sequences; QA across clients/devices
• Maintain lists/segmentation and basic lead scoring rules (with guidance)
• Partner with Marketing Ops to enable automation, personalization, and analytics

Analytics & Reporting

• Set up and sanity-check HubSpot tracking; assist with GA4/Tag Manager events
• Ship simple monthly reports: traffic, form fills, CPL by page/campaign

Other Duties And Responsibilities

Some on-call work (weekends/holidays) may be required.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)

• 1–3 years in web production/marketing ops or strong portfolio
• Comfortable editing HTML/CSS; can read/adjust JS snippets (menus, tabs, forms, GTM)
• Hands-on with HubSpot CMS + Email (themes, modules, lists, basic workflows)
• Working knowledge of SEO basics (on-page, redirects, sitemap) and GA4/GTM
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Able to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Highly organized, strategically focused, detail oriented
• Experience with handling and maintaining highly confidential information
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, Internet, e-mail and collaboration
• Fast learner with a "get it done" attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• HubSpot certs, schema markup basics, lighthouse/perf tuning, Figma comfort
• Experience in B2B SaaS/telecom is a plus
