The Talent Assistant supports the Talent Manager in maintaining and improving freelancer infrastructure. This role is focused on executing administrative tasks, organizing freelance records, and assisting with communication and documentation related to creative talent. The Talent Assistant may also support the Talent Manager on new titles.

Essential Duties

• Conduct outreach to freelancers as requested by the Talent Manager.
• Support in the sourcing of freelancers.
• Manage NDA workflows, ensuring proper execution and updating.
• Manage agreements as requested by Talent Manager.
• Facilitate payments as requested by Talent Manager.
• Assist with the ongoing organization and maintenance of the freelancer directory.
• Provide logistical support to the Talent Manager on assigned series to test creative theories

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role, preferably within the entertainment and media industries.
• Knowledge of the WEBTOON format.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and contract management tools, such as DocuSign or Ironclad.
• An interest in sourcing talent.
• Organized, self-motivated, and receptive to feedback.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
