What you will do

THE WORK:

• Being responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and performance of enterprise systems.
• Managing and engineering Windows based environment combining hands-on administration with system design and automation.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO).
• Designing and implementing system upgrades, high-availability solutions, and automation (e.g., PowerShell, DSC).
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Ensuring compliance with security policies and apply regular patches and updates.
• Collaboration on infrastructure projects, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.

Requirements

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience in managing enterprise storage systems (minimum 3 years+).
• Hands-on expertise with SAN, NAS, DAS, and backup technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience designing storage solutions for virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to data retention and protection.
