Your responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our digital HR systems (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD and Cornerstone) to enable
• efficient HR processes
• Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external providers
• Analyze, model, and improve global HR processes as part of our digital transformation initiative
• Translate HR needs into user-friendly, scalable digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation
• and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for our global HR systems
• Support the integration and interface management between HR systems and other IT platforms
• Ensure the continuous improvement of user journeys and process automation
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across countries and business units

Our requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Business Informatics / Information Systems or a comparable qualification
• Ideally first experience with ServiceNow (HRSD). We support with HRSD certification process, if needed.
• Familiarity with other HR systems and the interaction of the various systems is desirable.
• Professional experience in process modeling
• Solid understanding of HR processes/end-to-end solutions and how they can be supported digitally in an international context.
• Experience in international project environments and working with global stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between HR and IT
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
