Your responsibilities

• Ensure programme deliverables translate into tangible business outcomes
• Design and execute change journeys that embed new ways of working
• Assess organisational readiness and address capability or cultural gaps
• Engage stakeholders across business units to drive alignment and buy-in
• Identify and mitigate risks to benefit realisation and adoption
• Collaborate with delivery teams, sponsors, and OCM to embed change into the programme roadmap
• Define and track success metrics and ensure sustainability post-rollout
• Provide strategic input and challenge decisions to ensure transformation goals stay on course

Our requirements

• Proven experience leading business change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate transformation goals into actionable plans
• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and influencing executive decision-making
• Skilled in change planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to work both independently and in matrixed programme teams
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (spoken and written)
