Your future companyFor our client - a global leader in risk management, strategy, and human capital consulting services – we are looking for candidates for the position of Benefits Consultant.We are seeking two experienced contingent professionals with a background in Compensation & Benefits (Specialist or Manager level), HR Analytics, or Client Management.RequirementsKey competences we seek for is: Practical knowledge of employee benefits in Poland (what is delivered, how it works, how much it costs, who are main vendors, what is typical scope or level of benefits) Communication skills enabling the employee to run conversations with clients in all forms written, remote, on-site meetings, webinars, presentations Good command of English Ability to co-operate with people and teams within MMB. Responsibilities Broker will be responsible to take care of: personal insurance (life, accident, health, travel) healthcare plans through non-insurance solutions (majority of healthcare plans in fact) other services (benefits administration, benchmarking, Darwin, advisory, etc). Remarkable part of the job also assumes client management services like monitoring renewals, conducting meetings, summarizing what needs to be done, solving on-going issues with benefits. The offer The initial contract is for 4 months: If the cooperation proves successful for both parties, there is a strong possibility of extending it into a permanent position.
