Stanowisko: Community Manager. Kluczowe obowiązki: zarządzanie doświadczeniem mieszkańców, nadzór nad procesem wynajmu, budowanie wspólnoty, utrzymywanie komunikacji z najemcami.
Zakres obowiązków ROLE: Manage the overall residential experience and ensure high tenant satisfaction. Oversee the full leasing process: marketing, property tours, lease signing, and onboarding. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries and daily communication. Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently. Monitor occupancy levels and manage lease renewals. Maintain accurate leasing records in the companys CRM system. Build and strengthen the resident community through ongoing relationships and engagement initiatives. Develop and implement community‑building activities that foster a sense of belonging. Support communication with tenants across digital and in‑person channels. Wymagania REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in managing property rentals, preferably residential units, and/or working with tenant communities or customer service. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach. Fluent English. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to gain trust. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High level of organization and strong time‑management skills. Digital fluency, including experience working with CRM systems.
