Franchise & Internal Audit Specialist is responsible for evaluating operational performance of franchise and company-owned restaurants to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and contractual obligations. The role focuses on operational audits, compliance monitoring, asset protection, and performance improvement through clear recommendations and close cooperation with franchise partners and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Evaluate franchise operations with focus on quality control, customer service, and adherence to brand standards Assess key operational areas including inventory management, staffing levels, and operational efficiency Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators such as REV results, OSAT and NPS scores Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and contractual obligations Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions, monitoring their implementation Provide operational guidance and support training initiatives for franchisees Prepare and communicate audit reports with clear findings and recommendations Follow up on audits to ensure effective execution of action plans Verify correct execution of marketing initiatives and promo compliance during restaurant visits Conduct internal asset protection audits in company-owned restaurants  Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar audit, operational, or compliance role Minimum 2 years of experience in leading teams or coordinating initiatives Fluent English and local language proficiency Valid driving license (category B) Willingness to travel Strong business acumen and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Process-oriented mindset with strong execution focus Ability to work effectively under time pressure  What We Offer·       A work environment built on trust, high energy, and a strong solutions-focused mindset,·       Fast and efficient decision-making processes,·       Participation in international projects,·       Flexible working hours,·       Private medical care,·       Subsidized sports card,·       Option to join a group insurance plan.
