Wymagane 7‑10 lat doświadczenia HR, 3 + lat na stanowisku lidera, doświadczenie w product‑tech/e‑commerce, znajomość polskiego prawa pracy, płynny angielski i polski.
7–10 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a Head or Lead role in a 150–500 FTE organisation, Proven experience in product tech or e-commerce, with comparable pace and complexity, Strong understanding of Polish labour law and experience managing multi-country operations in the EU, Hands-on experience running performance and compensation cycles end-to-end, Proven track record of implementing ATS and HRIS systems and designing HR processes, Solid people analytics skills, fluent in working with data (advanced Excel/Sheets), Fluent English (C1) and Polish (spoken and written), High business maturity and the ability to partner effectively with executives, A change leader mindset – someone who can connect strategy with empathy and action, Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week
