Proven experience in Polish payroll processing ( min 2 years)., Strong understanding of Polish labor law and payroll regulations., Experience with SAP HR & Payroll or similar ERP systems is desirable., Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally., Fluent in Polish and strong in English.
