HR Specialist responsible for payroll coordination, employee administration, HR support, and compliance with labor laws in Warsaw. Requires 5+ years experience and proficiency in Polish and English.
You have at least five years of experience in Payroll and HR administration., You have a good knowledge of Polish labor laws and social security system with general payroll understanding., You are fluent in Polish and have a very good level of English (C1/C2), spoken and written., You are proficient with Microsoft Office package and digital HR systems with Excel literacy., You present a proactive way of working, detail and solution orientation., You have enthusiasm, very good planning & organization, ability to work independently and in a team., You have strong analytical skills with a customer-friendly approach., You take responsibility for your work and its quality., You have a university degree, preferably in socio-human sciences.
