We take ownership of the Personio and Enova system, constantly optimizing it to make life easier for employees, managers, and the HR department. We value accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, and we work closely together to support our people and help the company thrive.We are looking for a person who will primarily support Travelplanet.pl, while working in close cooperation with other group entities, including Wakacje.pl and Invia CEE.Key responsibilities: HR & Payroll administration, including Maintaining complete and up‑to‑date employee records,Prepare and validate monthly payroll data (changes in employment, salaries, benefits, absences, bonuses) in line with internal deadlines and local legal requirements,Coordinate the HR Ops lifecycle: onboarding, internal transfers, offboarding, including documentation and system updates,Support employees and managers in day‑to‑day HR and payroll questions, ensuring clear and service‑oriented communication,Act as main administrator and system owner of Personio: configure settings, workflows, approval chains, roles and permissions according to HR and business needs,Manage system updates and new features as well as trainings for system users,Ensure the integrity, security and consistency of all data in Personio; run regular audits, correct discrepancies and define data standards,Cooperate with HR, Finance, IT and external providers to ensure smooth data flow between systems,Process improvement & projects, - Identify opportunities to automate and simplify HR and payroll processes using system functionalities,Participate in HR projects (e.g. standardizing data, implementing new modules, improving employee and manager self‑service),Co‑create and maintain HR procedures and guidelines related to HR administration, and system usage.Requirements:2–3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll, ideally in an international or multi‑entity environment,Education related to Human Resources, payroll, or personnel administration, or completion of relevant professional courses,Practical experience working with an HR & Payroll systems and strong interest in systems and data,Good understanding of basic labour law and payroll rules (contracts, working time, benefits, absences, terminations),Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and confidentiality; comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets,Proactive attitude and ownership mindset,Very good Polish and good English (written and spoken).Nice to have:Experience implementing or rolling out an HRIS (e.g. Personio, Workday) or acting as key user/superuser.What do we offer:Workplace safety and comfort:Employment based on an employment contract,Full support during the onboarding period under the supervision of an engaging leader/buddy,Hybrid work model in Wrocław, including one remote work day per week.Business agency and agility:Real influence on business decisions, the ability to take initiatives and implement your ideas.Development within the organization:Individual Development Plan,Participation in training courses and conferences to enhance professional competencies.All-inclusive for Employees:A benefits package that you can use according to your preferences – Lux Med medical care, Health and Life Insurance, Multisport card, shopping and lunch vouchers, and many other cafeteria offers available on the Worksmile platform,A training and webinar package supporting professional and personal development,Discounts on our products for employees and their families,Work in the modern Business Garden office next to PKP Mikołajów,Teambuilding events for the start and end of the tourist season – check them out: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,Mini events, delicious coffee,Casual dress code.Ready to join the team with a #travelmindset?
