At least 6 years of experience in HR operations and people processes (hiring, onboarding, feedback, assessments, promotions, offboarding)., Good understanding of the IT industry and several years of practical experience working in this sector., Proven experience in data analysis and KPI tracking, proficient in Excel, and skilled in preparing data analytics and reports., Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple processes and ensure alignment., Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-country environment or with global teams., Strong communication skills to support employees and collaborate with various stakeholders., Proficiency with HRIS or people management systems; familiarity with data analysis tools., Ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and employee experience, updating all databases of processes, and keeping documents to ensure high-level data quality., Insight into compensation and benefits management within IT organizations., Good knowledge of employer branding and employee engagement practices., Fluent in English., Experience specifically in the Technology or IT industry HR processes., Experience with Personio HRIS, Confluence, Jira, Fibery, or similar tools., Experience organizing employee events and supporting wellbeing initiatives.
