Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably within IT or fast-paced setting, Strong expertise in sourcing and direct search, with knowledge of modern talent acquisition methods, Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Hiring Managers and build trusted partnerships, Fluent French and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus, Experience with ATS and recruitment tools, Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
