If you’re driven by growth, leadership, and building high-performing teams - this role is for you.Your main responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire the recruitment unit by setting goals, monitoring performance, motivating the team, and supporting their development through ongoing coaching. Manage and grow a recruitment team, ensuring high engagement, productivity, and collaboration. Evaluate recruitment performance and efficiency, providing regular insights, metrics, and actionable recommendations to management. Drive end-to-end recruitment for key strategic positions within the company. Ensure the team consistently meets KPIs and recruitment targets defined by management. Design and refine recruitment strategies, aligning hiring processes with business goals and growth plans. Identify bottlenecks and operational challenges within recruitment processes and propose smart, scalable solutions. Represent ITDS at industry events and conferences, strengthening our market presence and employer brand. Stay ahead of market trends, continuously improving recruitment operations, and the overall candidate experience. You’re ideal for this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in recruitment within IT, with strong experience managing recruitment pipelines and meeting strategic hiring needs. Proven leadership experience, including leading, coaching, and developing recruiters and scaling recruitment teams in a growing company. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leadership. Experience thriving in fast-paced environments, handling shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery. A collaborative, empowering leadership style, combined with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives. A strategic, proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to introduce improvements that deliver impact. Fluency in Polish and English (verbal and written).
