B2/C1), Holds a university degree (preferably in economics or finance), Has strong “hunter” sales skills, Communicates clearly and confidently — both verbally and in writing, Is well-organized, persistent, and self-reliant in pursuing goals, Knows what a CRM is and understands the importance of activity tracking in New Business (we use, Livespace), Enjoys working as part of a team, Knowledge of another European language is a plus (Romanian would be a strong asset), Basic understanding of capital markets, Above-average consistency and self-discipline
