Opis stanowiska
Wymagania
Solid educational background and professional experience in HR, payroll, or related areas., Strong interest in compensation & benefits and Polish labor law., Working knowledge of the Polish Labor Code and ZUS regulations., Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, functions, data analysis) and willingness to further develop analytical skills., High attention to detail combined with a problem-solving and analytical mindset., Experience with Enova365 will be considered a plus., English proficiency at B2 level or higher — used daily in our international work environment.
