Proven experience in leading Employee Central implementations for large-scale organizations (5,000+ users), ideally in international, multi-country environments., Strong background in designing global templates for data and business processes., Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central., Experience with OpenText is a plus., Fluent in English (mandatory); German language skills are an advantage., Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication., Experience in vendor management, including coordination with external partners and service providers.
