We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Senior Area Supervisor to join our team in Poland. 3PL Senior Area Supervisor will support the day-to-day management of third-party warehouse operations within an assigned area, ensuring smooth execution, strong service levels, and efficient delivery. This role focuses on operational supervision, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in cooperation with the 3PL partner.Job Responsibilities:1. Warehouse Operations Management:- Fully responsible for the daily management and operations in the assigned areas based on specific KPI’s: Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost.- Real-time monitoring of all processes, promptly reporting and resolving on-site problems and equipment issues to ensure business runs smoothly.2. Process Improvement:- Implement and enhance warehouse operational processes and regulations to maintain high quality and efficiency standards.3. Resource Allocation:- Allocate manpower and other resources based on business needs, optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.4. Cross-Department Communication:- Responsible for communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.5. Lean Management:- Implement 6S practices and lean improvement initiatives, continuously optimizing operational processes.6. Team Building:- Responsible for team development, systematically cultivating and empowering team members.7. Team Culture:- Foster a positive and healthy team culture to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.Job Requirements:1. Education:- Bachelor’s degree or higher.- Fluent in English.2. Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year of management experience.- Experience managing medium to large-scale warehouses (600+ operators).3. Skills:- Proficiency in warehouse operation processes, lean tools (6S, Kaizen, DMAIC), and cost management.- Ability to predict and manage risks, improve safety mechanisms, and implement cost reduction strategies.- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and performance improvement.- Ability to work alternate day and night shifts as required.4.
