Working closely with clients, you will understand their needs, identify opportunities where AI can add value, and shape practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. This role combines business insight, problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement to help clients unlock the full potential of AI.What will you be doing?Partner with clients and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where Generative AI and Agentic AI can create measurable business valueDesign and implement scalable AI solutions that integrate effectively into client environments and support long-term adoptionTranslate business priorities into practical AI strategies, operating models, and use cases aligned to organisational goalsDevelop high-quality client deliverables including roadmaps, recommendations, progress updates, and executive presentationsGuide change and capability building to help organisations embed AI ways of working and foster a data-driven cultureContribute to ADAPTOVATE’s thought leadership in AI through market insights, client success stories, and industry engagementWhat ADAPTOVATE is looking for?Proven experience in AI consulting, digital transformation, innovation, or data-led business initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business challenges into practical AI opportunitiesGood understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI trends, with a focus on real business applications rather than technical developmentAbility to shape AI use cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps aligned to client prioritiesExperience working alongside technical teams to support the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutionsUnderstanding of change management, adoption, and capability building to help organisations embed new ways of workingFamiliarity with cloud and digital ecosystems (particularly Microsoft / Microsoft Azure) is beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not requiredExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across senior and cross-functional audiencesStrong presentation, proposal writing, and client-facing communication skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant disciplineFlexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationallyWhat we offer?Full-time employment contractThe salary for this role is 21 000-27 000 PLN per month, with annual performance bonusA generous EVP budget to support personal wellbeing, growth and trainings or vistis to our offices globally e.g. Singapore, Australia, US, Canada, UKA dynamic, professional, global, and diverse work environmentClearly outlined career path tailored to individual aspirations with a dedicated internal Career Development Advisor to support youHybrid work modelComprehensive Medicover medical insurance, including dental coverageEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramJoin us in shaping the future of management consulting.
