AP/AR Team Leader

Who are we looking for? An Accounting Specialist who will be responsible for handling accounting in Accounts Payables in Group Companies as part of the Shared Service Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable processes while closely collaborating with colleagues from the international community. Key responsibilities:

· Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely posting in the ERP system.

· Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including payments, reconciliations, and handling vendor inquiries.

· Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations, monitor payment status, and support month‑end closing activities.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Shared Services Center with cross-functional global teams.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,

· 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services environment,

· Good knowledge of Excel,

· Communicative level of English and French – email and verbal communication with foreign Group colleagues,

· Knowledge of financial systems (nice to have: Oracle or SAP or IFS, Medius Flow),
