Business Analyst – Multifonds platform (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong domain expertise and hands-on knowledge of the Multifonds platform (mandatory requirement) to join a large-scale transformation project within the financial services sector.This position requires 50% hybrid work in Warsaw or Cracow.Your tasksGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to Transfer Agency (TA) and Investment Services (IS) processesWork extensively with the Multifonds platform to analyze configurations, functionalities, and integration pointsCollaborate with technical teams on system enhancements, integrations (including SWIFT), and blockchain-related initiativesTranslate business needs into clear functional specifications and user storiesSupport testing activities, including UAT coordination and validationAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams in an Agile delivery environmentRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business/System AnalystHands-on experience with the Multifonds platformStrong knowledge of Transfer Agency (TA) and Investment Services (IS) operationsUnderstanding of SWIFT messaging and blockchain technologyExperience working in Agile methodologiesExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively with both business and technical teamsProactive attitude, ownership mindset, and goal-oriented approachVery good command of both English and Polish (spoken and written)Residing in Poland required
