We are looking for:Business Development Manager - Western EuropeKey responsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies aligned with Ferro Group’s business plan and long-term strategy for Western Europe.Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, customers, products, and growth areas.Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing customers, providing commercial, technical, and logistic support.Cooperate closely with local customers and partners to grow sales and market presence.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; prepare market and sales reports.Negotiate and prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal and internal guidelines.Coordinate promotional activities with the Marketing Department.Monitor payment reliability, credit limits, discount policies, and support debt collection for assigned customers.RequirementsMin. 3 years of experience in product or category management (sanitary, bathroom, kitchen, installation or related industries);Proven experience in managing product projects end-to-end;Strong analytical skills and business mindset;Very good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills;High ownership, independence and result orientation;Experience in international or multi-brand environments is a plus;English min.
