Your responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Alignment & Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, project teams, and impacted teams. Facilitate alignment workshops and feedback sessions to secure buy-in.
  • Change Strategy & Planning: Design and develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for BTO Projects.
  • Prepare executives for changes, deliver key messages, and assess changes across a portfolio of projects.
  • Design and execute creative engagement campaigns tailored for impacted audiences, driving awareness and enthusiasm for change and AI adoption.
  • Translate project information and data into compelling visuals that support project objectives.
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies that articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of change.
  • Lead impact assessment workshops to analyse As-Is and To-Be states and define mitigation actions.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and adoption assessments to evaluate preparedness and track progress.
  • Develop training strategies, plans, and materials to support new ways of working.
  • Contribute to refining methodologies and integrating best practices, especially for AI and digital transformation.

Our requirements

  • Proven expertise in leading end-to-end change management for large-scale system implementations and AI adoption.
  • Experience driving adoption of AI and digital solutions through change interventions.
  • Skilled in planning and executing transition projects to deliver Target Operating Models (TOM).
  • Experience supporting org design and developing comprehensive change plans for new operating models.
  • Ability to conduct readiness and adoption assessments and track transformation progress.
  • Experience designing creative engagement campaigns for AI and digital change.
  • Ability to develop training strategies, plans, and capability-building programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with credibility at senior leadership level.
  • Ability to analyse engagement data and feedback to refine interventions.
  • Ability to define SLAs and KPIs to measure change success.
  • Relevant change qualifications (PROSCI, APMG, CMI).
  • Knowledge of Articulate 360 for eLearning is an asset.
