Collection Specialist with Spanish

Bachelor's degree or in banking, finance, economy, accounting, or an Economic high school graduate with training in SKwP, Spanish and English: Native or fluent proficiency required, Portuguese or Polish: Considered a strong asset / additional plus, Basic knowledge about finance/ accounting, 1+ year of experience in collection/ AR/ accounting is a must, Advanced  communication and teamwork skills, Basic accounting knowledge esp. of billing and collections procedures, will be an advantage, Good problem-solving and decision-making skills, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities, Assertive, target-driven and autonomous work approach, Commitment to excellent customer service
