Core Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, Experience in process engineering, Understanding of process ownership principles and structured problem solving methods, Practical experience with data analysis and basic statistical techniques, Familiarity with experimental activities, process testing, validation, or qualification, Experience working in cross functional teams; international collaboration is a plus, Good communication and technical documentation skills, Working English for day to day cooperation with international teams, Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, Familiarity with data analysis (e.g. Minitab, JMP, Power BI, or similar), Willingness to contribute to training activities and knowledge sharing, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
