0–2 years of experience in transaction processing, operations, or a back-office role within banking or financial services (graduates are welcome)., Basic understanding of trade operations or willingness to learn core trade products and processes., Ability to use digital tools, including AI‑supported solutions, to assist with data analysis, transaction processing, or workflow management., High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy., Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work well in a structured operational environment., Good command of English combined with strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate with team members and stakeholders., Openness to learning new technologies and adapting to changing operational processes.
