Wymagania
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. ACCA or CIMA is a plus., Strong experience in controlling and leadership roles., Strong expertise in Accounting Standards. US GAAP or IFRS, Polish GAAP. Internal Controls experience in SOX is a plus., Multinational experience preferred., Fluent in English is essential., Proficiency in ERP systems. SAP (or similar advanced ERP/consolidation systems). Onestream/Hyperion consolidation systems knowledge is a plus., Analytical skills, and ability to prioritize in high-pressure environments., Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
