Firestone Airide specializes in the development and production of air suspension systems. For more than 85 years, we have continuously conducted research and developed advanced technologies.
What will your responsibilities be:
- Daily communication with customers and distributors, building a positive company image
- End-to-end order handling in SAP: order entry, confirmations, and status monitoring
- Ongoing cooperation with customers regarding product availability, delivery dates, and order updates
- Analysis of unfulfilled orders and escalation of issues to relevant departments
- Handling complaints, returns, and related documents (PCR, PFR, PO, order acknowledgements, claims)
- Verifying pricing accuracy and ensuring data consistency in SAP
- Monitoring credit blocks and collaborating with the Finance department
- Cooperation with Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, Sales, and other departments to ensure on-time order execution
- Supervising product availability and shipments from additional FSIP locations
- Participation in internal meetings and improvement projects
- Supporting EDI processes and resolving system errors
- Onboarding new customers and monitoring the creation of new material numbers in SAP
- Managing inbound and outbound phone communication with customers and distributors
What we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service or order management
- Excellent command of English (C1 level)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Practical experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Ability to work under time pressure while multitasking and maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Independence, responsibility, and a problem‑solving approach
- Working hours: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. CET
