Data Analytics Engineer – pharmaceutical industry (f/m/x)

Design and implement data models, schemas, and structures for organizing inner source and open-source project data on Git platforms to enable efficient data retrieval and analysis
Develop backend solutions that serve as the foundation for API-driven data consumption across multiple applications, services, and publications
Create scalable and user-friendly APIs that provide seamless and secure access to data for various stakeholders
Collaborate closely with compliance engineers, developers, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration with existing systems
Utilize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions
Apply cybersecurity best practices, protect sensitive data, and translate algorithms into functional code to enhance analytics and data-driven decision-making

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience programming in Java, with flexibility to work with other programming languages when needed
Solid knowledge of API development and management, including experience with OpenAPI documentation standards
Understanding of database technologies, covering both SQL and NoSQL systems, along with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, combined with knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy principles
Strong analytical and communication skills with fluent English
Willingness to experiment with development metrics, and genuine interest in open-source technologies and communities
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
