Data Operations Team Manager

Relevant experience, preferably within the Data Operations area (formal people management experience is an advantage)., Understanding of leadership principles, people development, and performance management., Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality., Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., High level of accountability, ownership, and integrity., Spoken and written English - at least B2/C1 level., Willingness to learn, develop, and continuously improve yourself and your team., Familiarity with basic macroeconomic concepts is a plus.
