Its team delivers practical agentic AI solutions for clients ranging from cybersecurity software distributors to global Web3 companies.The RoleYou’ll own infrastructure across AI products and client projects, working on on-premise deployments and CI/CD systems. This is hands-on work on production systems where reliability, security, and maintainability matter. You’ll work closely with the CTO and be responsible for delivering infrastructure that clients can operate independently.What You’ll DoDesign and maintain on-premise infrastructure using Proxmox.Build and operate secure network access (VPNs, SSH, jump hosts).Own CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Manage PostgreSQL databases, including migrations and backups.Deploy and manage services using Docker and Docker Compose.Configure and run LLM inference systems (vLLM, llama.cpp).Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting.Document systems for client-side operation.What We’re Looking ForClear communication and strong ownership.AI-first mindset and ability to learn quickly.3+ years of DevOps experience in production environments.Strong Linux administration skills.Experience with CI/CD systems and Docker.Solid networking and security fundamentals.Basic PostgreSQL administration experience.Nice to HaveExperience with GPU environments and CUDA.Familiarity with on-premise or air-gapped deployments.Python scripting for automation.GDPR or EU data compliance context.What We OfferAttractive salary PLN 15,000-25,000 depending on experience.High-ownership projects with real technical depth and steep learning curves.Early-stage leverage: join while the company is scaling fast and shape how it grows.Fully remote or hybrid from our office in central Warsaw.Flexible working hours built around output, not presence.A senior, technically sharp team with hands-on AI and software delivery experience.Competitive salary, B2B contract preferred.
